Welcome to Push Pull Survival ("the Game"), operated by Colgan Farmstead, LLC ("we", "us"). By accessing or using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
By creating an account or using the Game, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Gems are a virtual in-game currency with no real-world monetary value. Purchased gems are non-refundable except where required by law. All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. We reserve the right to modify gem prices at any time with reasonable notice.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time via the billing portal (accessible from Settings > Premium Pass > Manage). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued.
Refunds: We offer refunds within 48 hours of purchase if no virtual items have been consumed. Contact us at [email protected] to request a refund.
You agree not to: use cheats, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software; harass, threaten, or abuse other players; impersonate staff or other players; attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the service; create accounts for minors under 13.
User-generated content (usernames, display names) must comply with our profanity and harassment policies. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these standards without prior notice.
Push Pull Survival is rated E10+ (Everyone 10 and older) for mild fantasy strategy content. It is not intended for children under 10.
All game content, graphics, code, and branding are the property of Colgan Farmstead, LLC (Push Pull Survival). You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon deletion, your data is anonymized per our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be notified via in-game message or email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
